Support Worker - Days at Cygnet Clynsaer (Cynghordy, Llandovery) offers a hands‑on, rewarding day‑shift role supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll work full time on day shifts (08:00–21:00), usually three shifts per week including some weekends, delivering person‑centred support such as personal care, meal preparation, promoting life skills and community participation, following care plans and risk assessments, and administering medication after training. No previous care experience is required — full training, a thorough induction and expert supervision are provided, and successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS check.
