Make a tangible difference as a Night Support Worker with Riverside at the Jamaica Street Project in Bristol. This permanent, full‑time role (37.5 hrs/week) operates on a rolling rota across early, mid and late shifts (between 07:15–22:15) and includes weekend working one in three. The starting salary is £26,549.63 pa plus a 10% night allowance, rising to £27,722.51 after 18 months’ successful performance. You will support customers to rebuild their lives — helping with benefits, budgeting, employment links, tenancy readiness, healthcare and medication, and running group work and move‑on plans.
