Support clinicians at the Oxford Centre for Enablement as an SDS/RED Administrator, working across the Specialist Disability Service (SDS), Rehabilitation Engineering Department (RED) and the Oxfordshire Wheelchair Service. This full-time, permanent role (salary £24,937–£26,598 pro rata) is based in Oxford (OX3 7HE) and involves registering referrals and booking appointments on the hospital EPR system, maintaining accurate clinical databases, ordering equipment via NEP/ELMS and ELMS (wheelchair system), raising and chasing purchase orders, processing invoices and receipts, and coordinating deliveries and courier collections. You will handle telephone and face-to-face queries, liaise with suppliers, ambulance services and translators where needed, keep commissioning spreadsheets and clinic records up to date, and ensure clinics are closed correctly each day — all tasks that directly support patient care. Please note this post does not qualify for visa sponsorship; the closing date is 05 December 2025.

This role suits organised, IT‑confident people who thrive in busy, caring environments — particularly carers and women looking for a meaningful administrative post that makes a tangible difference to people with disabilities. The Trust values compassion, respect and continual improvement, and offers full training (NHS experience helpful but not essential).
