Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Senior Psychological Therapist needed for Salford Living Well, a community mental health service run by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with local charities and lived‑experience teams. This full‑time permanent role (salary £55,690–£62,682) combines clinical work with leadership: you will carry out psychological assessments and formulations, deliver interventions for people with moderate to severe mental health needs, and provide supervision, training and service development. You will join a multidisciplinary team including principal and psychodynamic psychologists, trainee CAT therapists, CERN practitioners, mental health wellbeing practitioners, peer support workers and other allied professionals, all working within co‑production and trauma‑informed frameworks.
