As Senior Care Assistant in Newcastle upon Tyne (HC‑One, listed via NHS Jobs) you will lead and support a team delivering person‑centred care across dementia, nursing and residential services. This full‑time, permanent post (day or night shifts available) pays £13.50–£14.10 an hour and involves administering medication, drawing up and following personalised care plans, providing social and physical stimulation, keeping accurate records and supporting families — all with kindness and dignity at its heart.
