Step into a practical Support Worker role at Cygnet’s Nield House in Crewe, working full time (42 hours per week) on a mixed 12‑hour shift pattern. You will support women across two specialist wards — Clarion (14‑bed complex personality disorder service with co‑morbid disordered eating) and Compton (15‑bed acute admissions) — providing hands‑on physical and emotional care, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting observations, safeguarding, and keeping the environment safe and clean. This permanent role pays £12.60 per hour (job ref 42583) and closes on 18 November 2025.

This position is ideal for compassionate, communicative and intuitive carers — particularly women looking to specialise in mental health — who enjoy varied, person‑centred work and helping people rebuild independence. Previous experience in mental health support is desirable and successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS.
