As a Support Worker with Salutem Care and Education in Exeter (EX6), you’ll deliver person‑centred, enabling care that helps people live with greater independence and dignity. This full‑time, permanent role (£12.70–£13.95 per hour) involves putting support plans into practice, creating flexible activity programmes, assisting with health and medication needs, keeping clear records and maintaining safe, homely environments.
