This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live full and inclusive lives. Key Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with support teams to deliver effective care Supervise, mentor, and train staff Conduct reviews, team meetings, and ensure compliance with care plans Maintain accurate support documentation Support individuals with: - Daily living tasks - Personal care and health needs - Budgeting and meal planning - Medication management - Emotional wellbeing and community engagement What We’re Looking For A strong team player with leadership experience in social care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleepovers and awaking nights as required Commitment to promoting independence and inclusion Qualifications & Development Must hold or be working towards a relevant qualification as required by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Must hold & maintain valid SSSC registration Completion of all mandatory and additional training Understanding of frameworks such as The Keys to Life and Health and Social Care Standards Additional Information Participation in on-call duties 8 hours/week allocated for administrative tasks Adherence to Mainstay Trust policies and SSSC Codes of Conduct Ready to make a difference?
