Support people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or those at risk, as part of the Rotherham Early Intervention Team in Sheffield (S26). This full‑time, permanent Support Worker role is community‑facing and involves one‑to‑one and group work to promote recovery, alongside assisting care coordinators and lead professionals with treatment and support plans. The post is especially suited to compassionate carers — including women seeking a rewarding, relationship‑centred role — and is offered with a Level 3 apprenticeship for those without an equivalent qualification: around 20% of your working hours are spent on off‑the‑job training with a college or training provider, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
