Support an adult with complex clinical needs in their family home in Penzance, helping them live a full life. This permanent Support Worker role pays £14.78–£15.29 per hour for a 36-hour week with split shifts (typically 08:00–13:00 and 08:00–21:00), and requires a full UK driving licence. You will provide hands-on complex care for a person with a spinal injury who is tetraplegic, enable community access (darts, boat trips and local events) and support meaningful daily activities. Experience with complex care or spinal injuries is highly valued and bowel care experience is desirable but not essential — what matters most is empathy, practical problem‑solving and a positive outlook.
