Support people in Truro with practical, person‑centred care as a Support Worker for Salutem Care and Education. This full‑time, permanent role (salary £12.60–£13.85 per hour) involves putting individual support plans into practice to promote independence, planning flexible activities, managing health and medication, keeping clear person‑centred records and maintaining safe, homely environments. You’ll work with children, young adults and other vulnerable people, using strong communication, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to help each person achieve their goals.
