Support four adults with learning disabilities to live the life they choose from a warm, supported living home in Chard (TA20). As a Support Worker with Discovery you’ll help with social activities, family visits and community outings — from coffees and pub lunches to singing groups and arts & crafts — as well as household tasks like cooking, shopping and cleaning, plus personal care and support with managing finances. Drivers are preferred to help people get out and about. This permanent, on-site role offers full-time or part-time hours at £13.13 per hour and the chance to work with a small, close-knit group where your values and compassion matter every day.
