Work on the frontline of school inclusion as a full‑time Learning Support Worker in Bury St Edmunds (Suffolk). This permanent role with Randstad Education offers £18,000–£22,000 per year, Monday to Friday during school hours, starting ASAP. You will deliver high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with diverse SEN needs (ASC, SEMH, SpLD), implement and monitor EHCP targets, adapt classroom materials with teachers and support pupils’ social, emotional and behavioural development. The post suits experienced SEN support staff or qualified teaching assistants (Level 2/3 desirable) who are calm under pressure, patient, creative and confident in positive behaviour management. On-site only; a DBS and satisfactory references are required and a DBS on the Update Service is advantageous. Please note this role cannot offer sponsorship.
