Support adults with learning disabilities in Creative Support’s supported living service in Derby as a Relief Support Worker. You’ll deliver respectful, person‑centred care — personal, practical and emotional support — while encouraging community involvement and social opportunities. The permanent relief role offers flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins, with the option to be paid weekly or monthly; pay is £12.30 per hour plus holiday accrued credit. This on‑site post requires previous experience, a full local and corporate induction is provided, and a driving licence/own car is desirable but not essential. Applicants must be located in and eligible to work in the UK.
