Support Worker with Caretech based in Cheltenham (Matson, Gloucester GL1 2TG). Permanent, full-time role at £12.36 per hour supporting adults with learning disabilities in a six‑bed shared home. You will work hands‑on to promote independence, daily choices and community participation, covering early shifts (08:00–15:00), late shifts (14:30–22:00), sleep‑in duties and wake nights (21:45–08:00).
