Based in Gateshead, this full-time permanent Recovery Support Worker role with Creative Support sits within an outcome-focused floating support team working with adults (18+) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have housing‑related and mental health support needs. You will manage a caseload, provide person-centred support in people’s own homes, run drop‑in sessions and activities from the Gateshead office, and co‑ordinate with housing, health, probation and local services to help people find and sustain tenancies. The role is commissioned by Gateshead Council, is on-site only, pays up to £12.40 per hour and requires a flexible rota that may include evenings, weekends and nights.
