We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our core values and have the skills to support those in need. These vacancies are at our new purpose built apartments, due to care plans not yet being finalised, we cannot advise on shift patterns for these roles, however the vacancies will be full time 40 hour contracts. For this reason we are looking for candidates who are fully flexible. Daily responsibilities may involve assisting individuals in developing independent living skills, such as cleaning, cooking, personal care, laundry/ironing, budgeting, paying bills, and meal planning/shopping. You will also coordinate and attend appointments related to health and housing needs, support with medication administration, and help individuals engage with the community through activities they enjoy. Key Requirements: Experience: Understanding and experience working with autism. Previous experience in a supported living setting. Experience working closely with families in a support capacity.
