Based in Chelmsford with a permanent, full‑time contract, this Senior Care Assistant role at HC‑One Ltd pays £13.50–£14.10 per hour and closes on 04 December 2025. You’ll lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver personalised support across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care, working alongside the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to administer medication, keep accurate records, plan person‑centred care and provide meaningful social and recreational activity. The role involves sensitive tasks such as supporting people at end of life, liaising with families and promoting dignity, independence and security for residents — ideal for experienced carers with a Level 2 S/NVQ (or equivalent) who are ready to work towards Level 3 and who have a calm, organised approach and a natural ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
