As a Lecturer Practitioner in the CUH Academy you will lead clinical education across Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions, Clinical Support Workers and students/apprentices. Reporting to the Senior Lecturer Practitioners, you will design and deliver induction, onboarding and ongoing learning, act as an expert practitioner and role model, supervise registered and unregistered staff and students, and develop inclusive programmes that reflect cultural and learning diversity. You will coordinate specialist teaching with divisional teams, introduce innovative educational approaches and retain clinical credibility by undertaking around 20% clinical duties. This permanent, part‑time role is based at Cambridge (Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie), offers a salary of £47,810–£54,710 pa pro rata and includes line management responsibility for Assistant Lecturer Practitioners.
