As a Female Support Worker with CareTech based in Failsworth, Manchester (M2 6AQ), you will deliver person‑centred support to adults with mental health needs, helping them live more independently and access community activities. This full‑time, permanent role pays £12.36 per hour and involves working days, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. It suits compassionate women carers who can work confidently on their own and as part of a close‑knit team, communicate clearly, keep calm under pressure and maintain good written records; experience in a care setting is preferred.
