We are seeking a number of talented Clinical Support Workers, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have developed skills in IT and the ability to use Microsoft packages to provide a comprehensive administrative and clinical support to the departments and multidisciplinary team. You will have responsibility for ensuring the safety and well being of service users, and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and person centred care principles which embody the Trust values and behaviours. You will need the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. Successful applicants will work closely with Radiographers, an established team of Clinical Support Workers, Nurses and Radiologists and directly contribute to the care of the patients. If you are highly motivated, keen to develop your skills and are committed to the delivery of high quality patient care this is an ideal opportunity for you to work in a dynamic environment working in different modalities in the Radiology department. Organisation of the department daily, chaperoning patients and assisting clinicians during procedures will be an essential part of your role. We have an established team of highly skilled, patient focused and friendly multidisciplinary professionals. Our ethos is about mutual support and shared achievement, developing our staff and services to provide exemplary levels of care to our patients. To carry out assigned tasks as part of clinical team in support of radiographers, doctors and registered nurses and to undertake some aspects of care provision without direct supervision. To organise your daily workload and to liaise with service users. Ensuring the safety and well being of services users, and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights through the adoption of person centred care principles.
