Support adults experiencing a mental health crisis as a Relief Support Worker with Creative Support in Shipley, Bradford (on-site only). This part‑time, permanent relief role pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled‑up holiday pay and is ideal for experienced carers — particularly women seeking flexible, meaningful work — who can provide person‑centred, recovery‑focused support. You will work directly with people to develop recovery support plans, use therapeutic and problem‑solving approaches, manage risk, and liaise closely with family carers and partner agencies to help people move on from the service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and you’ll be expected to bring a strengths‑based, empathetic approach to supporting adults from diverse backgrounds.
