Experienced Social Worker (Adult Care Mental Health Team) based in Rochdale (OL11 3EU) for inploi on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will work within community mental health teams in partnership with Pennine Care NHS Trust, carrying out Care Act assessments, commissioning complex packages of support, completing mental capacity assessments, undertaking safeguarding enquiries and producing social circumstance/facilities reports for tribunals and managers’ hearings. This role is for a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England with at least two years’ post‑qualifying experience (ASYE applicants cannot be accepted). The post does not offer sponsorship, is subject to an enhanced DBS with barred list check, and casual user car allowance is payable; salary is competitive and the closing date is 05 December 2025 (job reference 75754907).
