Job description
The council offers regular professional supervision and clear CPD pathways designed to support progression for carers and women seeking a stable, supported career in adult social care. Training and development may include AMHP and BIA training, Practice Educator opportunities, refresher support and an AMHP rota (practising AMHPs may receive an allowance of £2,025 p.a., subject to practice requirements).
