Use your lived experience of inpatient mental health services to make a real difference at St Charles Hospital in Kensington & Chelsea. As a Senior Peer Support Worker with CNWL you will provide specialist one-to-one and group peer support across all wards, lead recovery-focused and peer-led groups (including Recovery College Snapshot sessions), and take responsibility for de-escalation and safeguarding decisions on the unit. The role includes supervising and developing other peer workers, contributing to quality improvement and service-user involvement, attending clinical and governance meetings, and working closely with the inpatient therapies team in a fast-paced mental health centre. Salary is £37,259 - £45,356 pa inclusive of HCAS (pro rata if part-time). This is a full-time permanent post based in London W10 6DZ.
