Creative Support in Leeds is seeking experienced, calm and resourceful Relief Support Workers to provide person-centred, on-site support across three supported living services in Horsforth, Cookridge and Middleton. The role includes personal care and community activities such as walking, swimming and going to the gym, and involves planning alongside each person’s circle of support so individuals can be happy, healthy and pursue their own aspirations. You will need a minimum of 12 months’ experience and confidence supporting people who may sometimes express their needs through challenging behaviour; the personal skills and interests you bring — whether sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music or cooking — are actively valued and welcomed.

This permanent, part-time position pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled-up holiday pay, offers weekly pay and gives access to a free app to pick up shifts in Leeds and elsewhere across the country.
