CareTech is recruiting compassionate Support Workers for a new development in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent (ST1). This permanent, full-time role (36 contracted hours) pays £12.36 per hour and involves delivering person-centred support to adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities in a supported living setting. You’ll help people attend appointments, take part in community activities and work to individual outcomes using our person-centred approach. The role suits experienced carers or anyone used to working in supported living or mental health environments, who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, write accurate records and work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
