The post has to offer: • You will be based on Ward 16 at SGH • To assist and support members of the multi-professional team in order to provide a high standard of patient - cantered care; performing duties without the need for constant direct supervision. • Being part of a forward thinking, dynamic, supportive and friendly team • Assist the nursing team • Undertake Personal care on patients and assisting with ADL's • Support the families • Help with general cleanliness and upkeep of the ward • Support the medics with procedures The Humber Health Partnership is one of the largest acute and community Partnership arrangements in the NHS, seeing well over one million patients every year and managing a budget of over £1.3 billion.
