Join our friendly team in Brotton, Saltburn, and help us provide dynamic, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities living in a supported living environment. About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll empower individuals to live as independently as possible, supporting them with everyday activities such as: Planning and preparing meals Keeping their home clean and comfortable Managing personal care and medication (where needed) Updating support plans and risk assessments Getting out and about in the local community, enjoying social activities and hobbies You’ll work alongside a passionate, supportive team and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from making a meaningful difference in someone’s life—every single day. Shift Details This service offers 24-hour support, so flexibility is essential. Shifts may include: Evenings Weekends Occasional sleepovers (as required by the service) Experience & Training Previous experience is helpful—but not essential! We provide full, accredited training, so if you have the right values and attitude, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed. All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
