What does a Support Worker in Day Opportunities do? • No two days are ever the same you will be supporting people to participate in a range of fun, recreation, and educational activities. • Supporting people to develop and maintain relationships • Building a relationship with the people you are supporting to ensure their needs, wishes and goals are achieved • Provide person centred support to promote independence and enhance well being • The job satisfaction is endless knowing the fulfilment you are bringing to others lives and enabling them to live independently in their community. Are you kind, caring and able to listen, If so, this role is for you! Full paid training will be provided within the role (care certificate and NVQ’s).
