Support Worker – Voyage Care, Taunton (Permanent, full time). Nights typically 20:30–08:00, working 2 or 3 shifts a week including weekends. Pay is £12.68 per hour. You’ll work in a warm residential setting supporting people to gain independence through practical support with personal care, daily living skills, community access and social activities — from cooking and budgeting to trips to the cinema or local cafés. The role is hands-on, varied and rewarding: you’ll work closely with a small team to help people grow in confidence and reach their goals, with the satisfaction of seeing real progress day to day.
