Support Worker (part-time, permanent) supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs across Rainham, Rochester and Gillingham, Kent. You’ll use your practical skills and warm, patient approach to support activities of daily living — personal care, meal planning and budgeting, social and community participation, routines and appointments — while communicating in people’s chosen ways, using positive behavioural support where needed and keeping accurate records. This role pays £12.50 per hour, requires at least 12 months’ right to work in the UK, a minimum of 12 months’ experience in support work and a full, valid UK driving licence.
