Support Worker role based in Taunton (Grassendale) working 37.5 hours per week, paid £13.13 per hour, supporting a friendly household of nine gentlemen who love days out, short breaks and new experiences. You’ll spend your time planning and accompanying outings — beach trips, car and train journeys, cinema, shopping and swimming — as well as supporting daily routines: personal care, meal preparation, managing finances and promoting independence. Drivers are preferred because the group enjoy getting out and about, but a full licence isn’t essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is required and will be arranged by Discovery.
