Support adults with learning disabilities and autism from a supported living bungalow in Stanway, Colchester (CO3). As a Female Support Worker you’ll support two women and one man to live independently, get out into the community and enjoy everyday hobbies such as baking, painting, swimming and dance. This permanent, on-site role is paid at £12.64 per hour with the option of full-time or a 30-hour contract. You’ll work a two-week rolling rota of day shifts (typically 7am–10pm) including one day every other weekend. Duties include personal care for two women (including mobility assistance), medication administration, following SALT plans for safe eating and drinking, supporting college/work travel, cooking, shopping and keeping the home running, plus joining residents on occasional holidays and community trips. A full UK driving licence is essential (manual preferred).
