Job description
Day‑to‑day duties include delivering personal care (including support with toileting), implementing individual care plans, keeping accurate confidential records and supporting positive behaviour and engagement. Experience with autism or learning disabilities, good IT skills, and the ability to use initiative are desirable; a full clean driving licence and car are an advantage.
