SEN TA - Impington: Randstad Education seeks a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant in Impington, Cambridge. This full‑time, permanent school‑hour role (Monday to Friday) offers a competitive salary of £17,000–£21,000 pa, starting as soon as possible. You’ll work hands‑on with learners with SEND and learning disabilities, helping them access daily activities, hobbies and the community, while promoting independence and dignity. The position suits caring, patient people — particularly women who enjoy nurturing roles — who thrive in a professional, supportive team and want their everyday work to make a measurable difference.

Day‑to‑day duties include delivering personal care (including support with toileting), implementing individual care plans, keeping accurate confidential records and supporting positive behaviour and engagement. Experience with autism or learning disabilities, good IT skills, and the ability to use initiative are desirable; a full clean driving licence and car are an advantage.
