Support children and families in Rochdale as a Youth Support Worker with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. This full‑time, permanent role (based OL12 9RD) offers £27,485–£30,162 per annum pro rata and places you in the nationally recognised #Thrive team, working with young people up to 19 who present with a range of mental health and emotional‑wellbeing needs. You will carry out community assessments, deliver one‑to‑one and group interventions, support families under clinical supervision, and work alongside multi‑disciplinary colleagues across CAMHS‑linked services to provide needs‑led, goal‑based care and safe transitions into and out of the service.
