Support Worker role at Cygnet Hospital Derby, listed by NHS Jobs, offering a permanent, full‑time position in Derby (DE24 8WZ) on £13.21 per hour. You’ll work a 38.5‑hour week on a rotating pattern of two weeks day shifts (07:30–20:00) and two weeks night shifts (19:30–08:00), with rostered weeks of c.33 and c.44 hours. The role is hands‑on and rewarding: provide flexible, person‑centred care in low secure and mental health rehabilitation services, including Litchurch (low secure), the Wyvern Unit (rehabilitation) and Alvaston Ward, a specialist female personality disorder service. Daily duties include offering physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting and safeguarding, maintaining a safe, clean environment and encouraging service‑user independence.
