We're working with a highly respected provider of therapeutic residential care, looking for a Senior Support Worker to join their dedicated team in a small, child-focused home in Chippenham. ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Support Worker, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home. You'll lead by example, support junior staff, and help create a safe, supportive, and healing space for children who've experienced trauma.
