Ø Dedicated subject release for leaders. Ø Centralised behaviour approach and sanctions. Ø A knowledge rich curriculum design. Ø Proven schemes of work such as Opening Worlds (Humanities), Maths No Problem and our own bespoke subject designs. Ø Dedicated support for ECT’s through our highly skilled mentor and links with Tudor Grange Teaching Alliance. Your mentor is not a member of SLT and is not class based, therefore providing bespoke support in and out of the classroom. You’ll receive your dedicated ECT release and begin your teaching career on M1. Ø Award winning pastoral care for pupils, staff and their families including; supervision for staff, family support worker for pupils and their families and a range of dedicated interventions to support and promote good mental health for all stakeholders. Ø A strong and supportive SEND and Inclusion team. Ø A caring, compassionate and supportive SLT team. Ø Lenny our school dog.
