Our dedicated team supports individuals at every stage, from early diagnosis through to end of life, offering exceptional Residential, Nursing and Respite care in a warm and homely environment. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing, comfort and dignity are always prioritised. What We Offer £12.21 per hour Paid DBS, Pension scheme, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Your Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person centred care tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences. You will assist with personal care, mobility and mealtimes, while offering emotional support and meaningful companionship. By encouraging independence and engaging residents in daily life, you will help make each day positive and fulfilling. Your warmth, patience and commitment will ensure Limewood remains a place residents are proud to call home.
