Job description
This role is for experienced carers who hold Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care and have at least two years’ experience in a residential setting; leadership experience is preferred. You’ll receive a competitive starting rate of £13.99 per hour, paid sleep-ins at £78.30 (up to eight per month, which can add significantly to annual pay), a two-week paid induction with shadow shifts, a £500 welcome bonus after probation, a £1,000 refer-a-friend reward, company pension, staff recognition awards, free onsite parking and meals on shift, and a free enhanced DBS check. There is clear progression to Deputy Manager and Registered Manager roles for those who want to grow. Safeguarding is central to the role: an enhanced DBS/PVG and satisfactory references are required.
