Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, inclusive environment Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and families Essential Requirements: Manual Handling experience Personal care experience Safeguarding and Health & Safety training Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy Strong verbal and written communication skills Desirable: Full UK driving licence Medication administration training
