Support vulnerable adults as a Relief Support Worker for Creative Support at Lanchester Court, a modern supported‑living complex in Rugby. You’ll work on a relief basis supporting 16 tenants across self‑contained flats, bungalows and townhouses, helping people with a wide range of needs including mental health, physical disabilities, alcohol and substance misuse, autism, brain injury, epilepsy, sight and hearing loss, and learning disabilities. This part‑time, on‑site permanent role pays £12.30 per hour plus rolled‑up holiday pay, with weekly pay. Twelve months’ experience in care is required; you’ll focus on practical, person‑centred support that helps tenants maximise independence, wellbeing and community involvement.
