Support people across Leeds Outreach as a Female Support Worker for Real Life Options, earning £12.21 per hour in a permanent, part-time/relief position (up to 30 hours per week). You’ll work mainly in one place, helping people with daily living tasks (meal prep, personal care, budgeting), taking part in social activities (evenings and weekends may be required), building life skills and confidence, and promoting choice, dignity and independence. The role is person-centred and often involves lone working, risk-assessing and supporting positive behaviour for people with autism and learning disabilities, mental health and personality disorders, behaviours that challenge and some forensic backgrounds. An enhanced DBS check is required; experience with complex or forensic needs and safeguarding familiarity is desirable.
