If you’re screaming “YES!” at your screen, then we are looking for you! About the role: Elwood Recruitment are recruiting for Children and Young Adults Support Workers in Coventry. You will provide support to children and young people age 5-18 yrs who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. You will work with the young people to promote daily living skills, assist and support to self-regulate and develop independent living skills in line with a support plan which has been designed around the young person. As part of the care and support team you will assist in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to children living within the service.
