Bank Support Worker - Adult Supported Living (ID:556) based in Burnley, Lancashire. This part‑time bank role pays £12.60 per hour and involves supporting adults to live independently in their own homes: practical help with household tasks, shopping and personal care, facilitating social, educational and community activities, and keeping accurate records in line with individual support plans. You will often work alone, cover shifts including weekends and sleep‑ins, and driving is essential (you don’t need to own a car). Swanton’s core values — Potential, Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity and Empathy — underpin the way support is delivered.

This position is ideal for compassionate, reliable carers who need flexible hours and want real scope to develop: funded qualifications, Level 3 apprenticeships and in‑house training through Swanton Educates are available, plus career pathways and recognition for outstanding contributions. Employee benefits include an app with discounts, cycle‑to‑work, auto‑enrolment pension, life cover, vouchers and long‑service awards, mental‑health first aiders and a confidential Employee Assistance Programme. A £400 refer‑a‑friend reward is offered for successful recommendations. Vacancy closes 05 December 2025. To apply, click the Apply Now button — this role is listed on jobsincare.com.
