Female Driver Support Worker with Real Life Options, based in Durham (TS25 5TG) serving the Hartlepool area. This permanent, part‑time role (30 hours per week) pays £12.21 per hour and involves supporting people with learning disabilities and autism in supported living, their own homes and out in the community. You’ll provide person‑centred support including driving clients to activities, domestic tasks, social support, personal care, medication support, meal preparation and help with managing finances. The role includes varied shifts (mornings, evenings, nights and weekends), sleep‑ins with an allowance and requires applicants to be over 18 with a full UK driving licence and be able to obtain DBS checks for adults and children. Previous experience is desirable but full training and shadow shifts are provided.
