Support people in the heart of Glastonbury as a Support Worker with Discovery, based at Jasmine — a friendly home supporting six people with learning and physical disabilities. You’ll help people get out and about to the theatre, cinema, clubs, bowling and local places of interest, support friendships and new opportunities, and enable as much independence as possible at home, helping with morning routines, breakfast and day planning. Drivers are needed because outings are a big part of life here, and the house is conveniently close to the high street and local shops.
