Would you love a rewarding role, supporting a child with complex needs in the community? Come and join Active Care in the Home. We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker with our brand new young client in Hailsham. When you'll be working: 1 x weekday shift (5 hours) and 1 x weekend shift (6 hours) In school holiday time this will increase to 2 x weekday shifts (2 x 5 hours) and 1 x weekend shift (6 hours) 11 hours term time, 16 hours non term time Part Time What you'll be doing: This role is to support our brand new young client, a 10 year old boy, out in the community. You will be working alongside another support worker at all times as all the shifts are 2:1. One of the two Support Workers will need to be a driver to drive the family vehicle. Our client has autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, epilepsy and displays challenging behaviour. Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
