Key Community Care Assistant responsibilities:
Each client is different, but your duties may include; preparing and cooking meals, light housekeeping, personal care, companionship, shopping and administration of medication.
Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player.
