Work as a Band 5 Children's Nurse within the well-established Children's Hub at Friarage Hospital, Northallerton (DL6 1JG). This permanent, part‑time role supports children across inpatient, day‑case, outpatient and community settings — including home, respite and school environments — delivering skilled, evidence‑based care for acute and chronic needs. You will carry out procedures such as wound care, venepuncture, complex airway and central line management, IV/IM/SC medication administration, skin‑prick testing and palliative care, while teaching parents, young people and other professionals. The post requires current NMC registration (child subpart), a satisfactory DBS check and flexibility to work between 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday; occasional shifts at James Cook Hospital, Middlesbrough, may be needed.
